I. Three airports

1. Everything that I was
And what belonged to my soul
Happened during one Polish trip
Which I may call: offensive of Spirit!

2. Mother was waiting, brother and sister
Same time in Spain in Barcelona
Songs of Praise of Taize,
performed Youth from all the Europe.

3. Start was in Sakhalin, Khabarovsk,
some people even from Kamchatka.
Three different aircrafts, bring my children
To meet each other in Moscow

4. Some spent one day in Franciscan convent
Some with their relatives or friends
I was surprised seeing such project,
is happening without big effort, just in soul.

5. It was impossible to dream
That we may get visa to Spain
With help of God Polish border,
was easier to pass for Russian citizens.

II. Polish Taize

6. In Warsaw happened big snow,
And grew like typhoon immediately,
I got an idea to visit st. Anna
Just to have a look on King Sigismund

7. The bus to Torun traveled quickly
With some snow difficulties
In comfortable bus "Polish Courier"
I was teaching polish words my children.

8. The night we spend in Redemptoris House
The supper was made by Sophia
She took us next day on Radio Maria,
that Shoko may give "one song" concert.

9. Father John was kind and happy,
To introduce us on line in the Radio
He made a special New Year Program,
About Asiatic pilgrims which cannot visit Taize.

10. My Father was waiting us on the street
Mother expected in the church,
Both very happy and impatient,
We do not see each other 2 years.

11. My children entered the church
In my native Skrwilno parish
There was typical polish wedding,
for my group a new big surprise.

12. Two days we spent in my home
Miracle, I may say today,
Because my mother was near to die
And nobody was able to feel that.

III. Southern Shrines

13. All the day travel to Czestokhova,
With funny stop in city Lodz!
My girls slowly started to sing Taize.
I realized, they start to be happy.

14. Yes, in my town was time to preach,
I was translating Siberian talks,
It was the first time in my church
Some preachers came from Asiatic Lands.

15. In tree local churches played Irina,
Organist from Khabarovsk,
She was amazed seeing real organs
In very small Polish towns.

16. In Czestokhova we prayed in Shrine,
making some photos near Cardinals sculpture.
Taking night tickets to Krakow "Kings city"
and eating Torun sweet bread just in station.

17. In Krakow, just walking in the night
Some people tired and angry,
I showed them house of the Pope
St. Maximilian first Convent and Seminary.

18. Later the church of Bernardines
"Small brothers", who shared mission Sakhalin
About seventy years before
Silent heroes of Karafuto.

IV. Northern Shrine

19. The days passing fast,
Just one week to see all the Country,
The last stop we made in Bialystok,
My native Priest Seminary.

20. Spiritual Father Leszek Struk,
was warmly caring about us.
I got a wish to see my superiors,
But no one Bishop was home that time.

21. Cathedral was big and nice,
Rather cleaner and lightened than before.
Holly Mother of Ostra Brama,
was blessing our travel back.

22. In highest floor of Seminary,
I took my friend Shoko Takahashi
To show st. Maximilian famous digests,
which have "Seibo no Kishi" title.

23. I felt she was surprised such confidence
and deep respect to Franciscan legend.
It was impossible suppose, that we will visit
other day, another house of Maximilian.

V. Last Day of Jubilee Year

24. Returning to Warsaw rapidly,
For Happy End, the Mass in airport
One day again in Moscow Convent,
and foolish ride to Sheremetyevo.

25. The Holly Spirit helped me,
To give my fathers last respect.
There was no idea about that,
Each of them will die just in two years.

STUDIES OF WALKING

I. Dismissing

1. In the airport of city Khabarovsk,
I was dressed in my dirty sutana,
Soldiers wished to check all my dress,
I was necked and ashamed.

2. It was year 2002
9-th July in the Middle Day,
I got ticket to the Niigata city,
But control was very strong and slow.

3. Any pocket, any bag any port money
I was told: "you does some crime,
and cannot never return",
You have to say Good bye Russia for ever.

II. In the aircraft

4. I got feel of happiness
But smile came with tears together
Never mind, never mind,
I am flying anyway!

5. Small airport Niigata
The city looks like in a movie,
Plastic and wooden homes
Big and nice advertisements.

6. I am trying to reed
Any nice inscription
It was before in my books
Now I may see and study

7. Just in real life
I came to that happy land
Similar way Maximilian came
With his poor brothers

8. "Sweet Jesus permit my sinner soul
to stay in Asia for ever..."
Such was consolation and prayer,
after 10 years long confusion.

III. Shinkansen

9. It seems such is the name
Of most speed train in the world,
I was looking on the window...
Paradise landscapes: rice fields.

10. I go hope to see churches�
Yes there were some Buddhist Temples,
Bye my side was my friend Shoko.
Worry about the airport story.

11. Such a small and wise Guard Angel
Take me to that new adventure.
Time to realize the past,
And get some new experience.

12. Shoko is very busy,
perhaps also ashamed...
How to introduce such a strange man
in Lay Missionary Center.

IV. Tokyo

13. It was there in Matsubara
small missionary Parish.
big and simple wooden house.
Church made from concrete.

14. At first was a supper,
with some priest, a teacher.
Later students of JLMM,
told me to feel me home.

15. I was looking TV with patience,
Trying to learn some Japanese this way,
And in the morning walking around
Just village houses in the center of Tokyo!

16. For sure I was funny
People told me that a bit later.
Yes I tried to understand something
But I was very slow in studies.

17. Like a man I n deep danger
Or just like a little baby,
I was taking Shoko hand
To be not lost, a stranger...

18. The church in University Sophia
We borrow some prayer books in library
Traveling by metro or just walking in the street,
buying things in small shops.

V. Kuji

19. Later travel to Kuji
All the night in comfort Bus
TV, night shoes, the supper,
early morning in Hachinohe.

20. Visiting chapel of the sisters
which came here from Canada,
typical nice woman, same as priest,
which came for missions and young ever!

21. In Kuji, Holly Mass in small church
Supper with old priest and jokes.
Singing with guitar Russian songs...
to happy parents of Shoko...

22. We was together just 3 days,
A bit longer than in my polish town
I can remember every minute,
Even the evening rain which came...

23. We were traveling to the forest
Spending time in amber mines
I got nice photo near the sea,
and looked some Shinto monument.

24. Also remember sculpture from bronze,
Ridiculous, but perfectly made:
Farmer man walking with cows,
Just in the middle of the street!

25. Checking some movies in the shop,
About some Buddhist monkies later Endo,
About some student joke with love,
which made a man become a priest.

26. Yes, Japan is very serious
In looking own way to Jesus,
I may tell you the same about myself,
Not easy to be Christian perfect way!

27. Is it possible same time
Enjoy life and take the Cross
To be perfectly alone...
To suffer permanent Cross Road

VI. Back in Tokyo - Montana - Kamakura

28. But, thanks God, I have holydays,
After some Calvary in Montana,
After walking in the rain, Kamakura,
Misunderstanding on TV tower...

29. Short stop in Fukuoka
I will return here again
On my way to Korea
The most happy gift... Nagasaki land

VII. Thanksgiving and forgiveness

30. Thank you my Guard Angel Shoko,
For being so merciful and patient,
It was very hard time together
but real training for missions.

31. I stole much time from you and tears
Your holidays were broken
But now I am ready a bit more,
To turn back, and walk myself in Tokyo!

32. What for I am doing such a poem
What for I steel keep Asiatic dreams?
For jubilee gift which name is... Forgive!
Such answer is blowing in the wind.
